Langhams Bar
Our newly refurbished bar is a great place to unwind with a drink from our large selection of beers, wines, soft drinks, coffee or tea. The Bar is open from 10.00am to 6.00pm every day for bar snacks including fresh, tasty baguettes and sandwiches. In the afternoon why not relax on the terrace and enjoy a delicious cream tea with homemade scones. In the evening you can enjoy a relaxing after dinner drink in the Bar accompanied by live music and entertainment on most nights.
Langhams Restaurant
Our Head Chef, Michael Titherington, joined us in July 2006 from the Toby Cottage restaurant in Ripley where he was Head Chef for five years, and has brought his own inimitable style of cuisine to
Langhams Restaurant seats 160 guests and boasts great food, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. Take a seat in our conservatory area to enjoy a more intimate meal with stunning views of the sea. Our three course dinner menu is complemented by a good selection of wines. All our wines are available by the glass.
We serve a la carte full English or continental breakfast, lunch and dinner and non-residents are always welcome.
The Rooms
We have 81 modern light and airy bedrooms many of which have sea views with small seating areas so you can relax and appreciate the view. We have single, twin, double or family rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, remote control TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray, direct dial telephone, 56k data ports, as well as high speed wireless internet access throughout the hotel. The West Dean Suite is available for conferences, meetings and weddings and can accommodate up to 120 guests. With its own private bar, dance floor and lots of seating, it’s the ideal venue for any party or family gathering. We offer a full range of private dining options and buffets. We have recently purchased full sized Blackjack and Roulette tables, which are a great source of entertainment for parties and family gatherings. We have a unique gaming style, which involves no loss of money, everyone is given fun money to play with and the person with the most chips at the end of the night wins a bottle of champagne! Exclusive use of the function room (with its own fully fitted bar), the Casino tables and two croupiers is available for £150.00 per night.
