The Conservatory

The 'Conservatory@Langhams' is our new a la carte restaurant, offering exceptional food at reasonable prices.  We have recently been awarded a prestigious AA Rosette for fine dining.

At a table in The Conservatory you can enjoy an intimate meal with stunning views of the sea.  Our three-course dinner menu is complemented by a good selection of wines.  All wines are available by the glass.

We serve a la carte full English or Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Non-residents are always welcome.


Langham Restaurant

Seating up to 130 people, the Langham Restaurant boasts great food, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

The chairs have been specially designed for your comfort, and stained-glass windows depicting Eastbourne landmarks were commissioned from a local artist.

The restaurant is ideal for large parties, group lunches or dinners, Masonic events, Graduation balls, wedding receptions and major functions.


West Dean Suite

Accommodating up to 120 guests, the West Dean Suite is available for conferences, meetings, weddings, presentations and talks.  With its own bar, dance floor and seating, it is the ideal venue for any party or family gathering.  We offer a full range of private dining options and buffets.  We can also arrange a disco if required.  Room hire for the West Dean Suite is £250.00 per day or £175.00 per half day.


Langhams Bar

Our newly refurbished bar is a great place to unwind with a drink from our large selection of beers, wines, soft drinks, coffee or tea.  The bar is open from 10.00am to 6.00pm every day for bar snacks, including fresh, tasty baguettes and sandwiches.   Download our bar snack menu and see more pictures here.

In the afternoon, why not relax on the terrace or lounge and enjoy a delicious cream tea with homemade scones.  Langhams Bar has the added bonus of wifi/wireless internet access, which is available to residents and non-residents.

In the evening you can enjoy a relaxing after-dinner drink, accompanied by live music and entertainment most nights.

Blackjack & Roulette

We have recently purchased full-sized Blackjack and Roulette tables, which are a great source of entertainment for parties and family gatherings.  We have a unique gaming style, which involves no loss of money!  Everyone is given fun money to play with and the person with the most chips at the end of the night wins a bottle of champagne.

Exclusive use of the function room, with its own fully fitted bar, the casino tables and two croupiers is available for £175.00 per night.
