Tuesday 23rd December
We look forward to greeting you from 2.00 p.m. onwards. Once you have settled into your room, please join us for tea or mulled wine and mince pies in the Lounge and Bar.
5.30 pm Meet your hosts in Langhams Bar for a Drinks Reception.
6.00 pm Proceed into Langhams Restaurant for Carols from the Choir of St Saviour's Church followed
by a festive three course Dinner.
8.30 pm Music and dancing in the West Dean Suite, or try your hand at Blackjack and Roulette
(fun money provided).
Christmas Eve - Wednesday 24th December
Following breakfast in the Restaurant served from 7.00 to 10.00 am, you have a free morning to enjoy some last minute Christmas shopping, or just relax in the Lounge and Bar with plenty of board games to keep you amused.
12.00 pm A light pre-threatre lunch is served in Langhams Restaurant.
1.30 pm A coach will be ready to take you to the Devonshire Park Theatre for this year's Family
Pantomime 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' (Oh yes it will!!)
6.30 pm A Christmas Eve four course Dinner is served in the Restaurant.
8.30 pm Music and dancing in the West Dean Sutie, with Blackjack, Roulette and Bingo.
For those wishing to celebrate Midnight Mass, our Reception Staff will be happy to advise
you of local church services.
Christmas Day - Thursday 25th December
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in Langhams Restaurant between 7.00 and 10.00 am, accompanied by a glass of Champagne or Bucks Fizz. Then relax in the Lounge and Bar, or why not take a stroll up the seafront to the Victorian Bandstand for the traditional Christmas Concert.
12.00 pm A traditional four course Christmas Lunch is served, together with a visit from Father
Christmas.
3.00 pm Settle down in the West Dean Suite for the Queen's Speech followed by
3.30 pm Quiz and Bingo with Tea and Coffee in the West Dean Suite
6.30 pm A three course dinner will be served in the Restaurant
8.30 pm Music and dancing in the West Dean Sutie, with Blackjack and Roulette. A bottle of
champagne for the winning Lady and Gentleman 'Gambler'!
Boxing Day - Friday 26th December
Breakfast once more will be served between 7.00 and 100 am in Langhams Restaurant. Then wrap up warm and join in the traditional Boxing Day dancing at the Bandstand.
12.30 pm Enjoy a light three course Lunch in the Restaurant.
3.30 pm Lessons and Carols by Candlelight at St Saviour and St Peter's Church
4.00 pm Bingo in the West Dean Suie with a guaranteed Jackpot of £100 on the last house!
6.30 pm Gala Boxing Day four course Dinner during which competition prizewinners will be announced
and Christmas Raffle drawn.
8.30 pm Music and dancing in the West Dean Suite.

After breakfast, we bid you a fond farewell and a Happy New Year. We look forward to seeing you again in 2009.
Christmas Package priced at £495.00 per person on a Full Board basis inclusive of the above and VAT at 17.5%. A deposit of £100.00 per person is required as confirmation of booking.

On arrival, from 2.00 pm onwards, you will be presented with a complimentary Golden Ticket. Keep it safe and on New Year's Eve you could win £250 in our Grand Prize Draw!
Afternoon Tea will be served in Langhams Bar and Lounge, with a chance to sample our delicious homemade cakes and bisiucuits.

8.00 pm Join us for Bingo and Quiz in the West Dean Sutie with a guarantee Jackpot of £100 on the
last House, followed by live music and dancing

Breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00 am in the Restaurant. Then time for some fresh air! Why not enjoy a stroll along the Promenade?
We start the New Year celebrations at 6.30 pm with a Champagne Reception beffore our highland Piper pipes you into Langhams Restaurant for a five course Gala Dinner. Finish 2008 with dancing to the sounds of our Resident DJ, and our own firework display on the beach to see in 2009. Remember to bring your Golden Ticket for the Grand Prize Draw just before midnight!

A Bucks Fizz Breakfast will be served between 9.00 am and 11.00 am.
1.15 pm A coach will be ready to take you to the Devonshire Park Threatre for this year's Family

After Breakfast we're sorry to say goodbye, but we wish you a happy and prosperous New Year. We hope to see you again soon. Or why not extend your stay for a night or two? Special rates available from Reception.
