The Langham Hotel has two conference rooms: the West Dean Suite can accommodate 70 delegates theatre style, and 20 Boardroom style; the Devonshire Suite can seat eight delegates Boardroom style, or be used as a breakout room from the West Dean Suite.
Facilities
We have full networking facilities, wired and wireless, which also means we can offer video conferencing if required. A DLP laptop projector is available, which can also project DVDs.
We offer an excellent value day delegate rate of £25.00 including VAT, which includes lunch, tea and coffee twice a day, still and sparkling mineral water, stationery and sweets. Our 24 hour delegate rate is £95.00 including VAT, with includes overnight accommodation, lunch, dinner, tea and coffee, etc.
