Christmas Party Nights

includes a four choice, three course Festive Menu with coffee, dancing to a Roadshow Disco , Casino with Blackjack and Roulette and fun money provided, hats, crackers and a party novelty box for each person.

Timings:  7.30 for 8.00pm until midnight (1.00am on four nights)

A non-refundable booking fee of £50.00 is requied to hold teh date, followed by a deposit of £13.00 per pereson with written confirmation, and the balance payable two weeks prior to the date of your booking.
For parties of six or more we ask that you pre-order from the menu and forward your chosen items two weeks prior to the date of your booking.
Cancellations are accepted 72 hours prior to attendance at the event.

Private Parties and Unique Access

The West Dean Suite and Langham Restaurant are available for private hire.
Unique access for Party Nights in the Langham Restaurant is available for parties of 80 persons.  Party Night package prices apply to private parties in the Restaurant for up to 150 persons.

The West Dean Suite can accommodate up to 150 persons for a party.  The room features a dance floor, fully equipped Cocktail Bar and lounge seating.
Room Hire:  £250.00

The Sovereign Suite can accommodate up to 20 persons.
Room Hire:  £50.00

Finger buffets are available from £8.50 per person including VAT @ 20%

Why not make a night of it at special rates and enjoy our great English Breakfast the next morning?

Christmas Lunches and Dinners

are available in the Langham Restaurant from Friday 25th November until Christmas Eve.

Visits outside these dates are easily organised with prior notice, especially after Christmas in January 2012.  We can serve from 2 to 150 persons.

The package includes a four choice, three course Festive Menu with coffee, including hats, crackers and Christmas decorations.

Christmas Gala  Lunches

Gala lunches are designed for groups booking for a Christmas Party at lunchtime, including a four choice, three course Festive Menu with coffee, entertainment, a visit from Santa, competition with prize and carol singing.
12.30 for 1.00 until 4.00pm
Wednesday 14th December and Sunday 18th December ~ £22.00 per person

New Year's Eve
