Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 14:30pm, and check-out is by 10:30am. Early check-in may be available upon request—please contact reception for details. Luggage storage is also available.
Q: Is parking available at the hotel?
A: Yes, we offer pre-booked paid on-site parking for hotel guests, subject to availability. Off-site paid parking is also available. Parking Permits are available for Seafront Zone H. On-street parking is also available nearby and is restriction free.
Q: Do you offer afternoon tea?
A: Yes, our Grand Afternoon tea is served daily in the Langham Restaurant & Conservatory.
Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Q: Is your restaurant open to non-residents?
A: Absolutely subject to availability and with an advance reservation only. Non-residents are welcome to dine with us for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
Q: Are there sea view rooms available?
A: Yes, many of our rooms feature beautiful views across Eastbourne Seafront. Please enquire at time of booking for availability and prices.
Q: Do you cater for private dining or special events?
A: Yes, we offer private dining rooms ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, business lunches, and other special occasions. We do not offer Evening Receptions with live music or DJ. Please contact us to discuss your event.
Q: Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
A: The hotel has a ramp at the entrance and is partially accessible with level access to the bar, lounge, restaurant, and a lift to all bedrooms. Please contact us ahead of your stay to ensure we meet your specific needs.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Q: Do the bedrooms have subtitles available on the TVs?
A: Yes, all guest room televisions have subtitles enabled to support guests with hearing impairments.
Q: How far is the hotel from Eastbourne town centre?
A: The town centre is a 15-20 minute walk along the beautiful seafront promenade. Eastbourne Pier is a 10 minute walk.
